Media library management

Laia helps optimize document management by providing a central repository for event related  documents and images.  As an event organizer you will easily find all uploaded documents and images in one place.

You can insert new documents from a file on your PC by clicking on the Add File box at the top, or dragging and dropping them into the library. 


You can easily find a document simply by using the search by document name field or scrolling thru images via the next and previous buttons at the bottom of the screen. The maximum size of the uploaded document is 10 MB.


You can also collaborate with other members of the event team by downloading the images or documents they’ve uploaded and modifying them as necessary. You then simply upload the final version of the media element back to the library.

Use the Alignment arrows to center the embedded image. Changes are saved automatically, no need to save them separately.
