Registration management - Audience sub-tab

You can manage your event participants in the "Registration" tab and "Audience" sub-tab.  You have two options when adding participants. You can manually enter “new participants” in the “Audience” sub-tab or you can use the “Import” sub-tab to import multiple participants all at once. You are also able to search by name in the search field at the top, edit multiple names by clicking the box next to each name and then selecting the “Edit multiple” button at the bottom of the form.  You can also export the data you have entered manually in XLS or CSV format.

Manually enter a new participant by Clicking on the "Audience" sub tab and then the “Add new participant” button. 

The “Add new participant” screen will appear to the right where you fill in the individual participant details including Profile, Workplace, Avatar and Custom Info.. Once complete, the individual participant will be added to the audience list.

Note: Some of the below mentioned data can be edited by the participant in their own profile on 

the Virtual Venue.

Profile sub-tab

In this section you enter the personal and contact details of the participant (required fields are marked with an asterisk):

  • First Name
  • Last name
  • Language (drop down list)
  • Title (drop down list)
  • Email
  • Phone

Note: Sometimes your event requires that you manually confirm particular participants or VIP guests for security or compliance reasons. When manually confirming registered attendee’s login you use the “User Login Enabled” button. Once confirmed by you, the registered participant receives their confirmation emails for login. 

Workplace sub-tab

In this subfolder you can enter (required fields are marked with an asterisk):

  • Name of the company
  • Job role
  • Personal ID

Note: The Personal ID is an arbitrary data input  that can be used as an optional identifier for the participant login. It can be used to simplify participant check-in for intra-company events.

Avatar sub-tab

Here you can upload a participant avatar (JPG image, no larger than 10MB).  In some cases, you’ll want to upload a Team avatar ahead of time to simplify your event administration.

Note: The attendee’s avatar can also be customized in the attendee’s profile page accessed in the upper right of the screen after clicking on their name.

To save all the settings, click on Save and publish.

Custom info sub-tab

In this subsection you will find custom information that the participant filled in the registration form during the registration process.

Data export

You can download the list of event participants via the Data export button in two formats:

  • XSLX file (Microsoft Excel)
  • CSV file (separated by commas)
